What is Alunè?

Alune Fit is a dedicated online store offering high-quality fitness products and accessories — from resistance bands and workout gear to recovery tools and gym essentials. All items are shipped directly from our vetted suppliers for maximum convenience.

 

How long does shipping take?

  • USA & Canada: 3–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Do you provide order tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery status in real time.

"My order is late" — what now?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at info@alune.fit. We’ll check with the carrier and — if needed — help resolve delays or file a claim.

I ordered multiple items but got only some of them. Why?

At Aluné we sometimes ship items separately when they come from different suppliers depends on the product. Don’t worry ! the remaining items are still on the way and will arrive soon! 

Can I return or exchange items?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To request a return or exchange, contact us at

info@alune.fit and we’ll guide you through the process.

What if my product arrives damaged, defective or not as described?

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will issue either a full refund or a replacement — free of charge.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled if requested within 12 hours after purchase. After that, the order is likely already being processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible. Contact info@alune.fit immediately to check.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, as well as secure options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions go through trusted payment gateways to ensure your data’s safety.


Are your fitness products safe and reliable?

Yes. All products are sourced from verified suppliers and tested for quality and safety. If you’re unsure whether a product is suitable for you (for example, if you have pre-existing health conditions), we recommend consulting a doctor or fitness professional before use.

Do you offer discounts, promos or bulk deals?

Yes! Subscribe to the Aluné newsletter to get early-access to sales, exclusive discount codes, and occasional bundle offers. Bulk-order discounts are sometimes available — contact us at info@alune.fit if you plan a large order.

You can reach us anytime at info@alune.fit or the chatbot! We aim to respond within 2 hours on business days. For urgent cases (e.g. missing packages, damaged items), please include your order number in the subject line.
